Mozzarella Show
Mozzarella is born right here, in the master cheesemaker's hands, in front of you
Not your average buffet: a small dairy workshop in full view, where the curd turns into hot, freshly-stretched mozzarella, served while still steaming. A moment of pure spectacle with the scent of Italian tradition.

How it works
Mozzarella made to order, not just brought to the table
The Mozzarella Show was created to give mozzarella back its most authentic moment: the stretching. Chef Davide Spanò sets up a scenic station, often lit and decorated to match the event's theme, where the curd is worked with hot water and hand-shaped in front of guests into mozzarella, bocconcini, knots, braids and the spectacular "giant mozzarella" cut in the middle of the room to applause.
The result is a product that reaches the table at peak freshness: hot, stringy, with an intense milky flavour, worlds apart from packaged mozzarella. A multi-sensory experience that combines taste, sight and the story of Italian dairy tradition.
